R5 Wet / Dry Mill - 5 Axes

R5 is a high-performance 5-axis milling and grinding system for clinics and laboratories that need maximum flexibility. Dry milling, wet milling, and wet grinding in one unit process a wide range of materials including zirconia, titanium, CoCr, glass ceramic, composite, and PMMA.

Patented directdisc technology offers automatic loading capacity up to 10 discs, 60 blocks, or 60 abutments, while directclean technology enables fast changeover between wet and dry processing so different materials can be processed continuously and automatically.

A solid cast body of about 150 kg, +/-3 micron repeatability, and a powerful spindle reaching 80,000 rpm support ultra HD production. The 800 W spindle maintains high performance on demanding materials.

purewater technology means no extra grinding additive is needed outside titanium processing, supporting a more environmentally friendly and economical production process.
