Ultra-Blend plus base is a light-activated, radiopaque material containing calcium hydroxide in a urethane dimethacrylate (UDMA) base. Excellent for pulp capping and does not dissolve away over time. Highly filled for minimal shrinkage. Used as a thin cavity liner before composite or amalgam and to cap the pulp in reversible pulpitis.
Note: Store in a refrigerator.
