Fisiograft Slurry Gel is a fully resorbable gel-form bone regeneration material based on PLGA (polylactic-co-glycolic acid) and dextran, developed for use in dental and maxillofacial surgery. Designed with the "One For All" concept, this innovative formula can be mixed compatibly with all granular biomaterials on the market – synthetic, autologous, allograft and xenograft – or used alone.

Key Features

  • 100% resorbs – fully absorbed by the body within 4 to 6 months
  • Provides optimized viscosity and controlled extrusion with PLGA + PEG + Dextran content
  • Supplied in ready-to-use syringe form – ready to use (1 ml, Code: PFOF0050)

Clinical Advantages

  • Provides stability in bone voids with space maintainer effect
  • When mixed with granular biomaterials, gives a plastic consistency, enabling easy placement
  • Ideal viscosity: homogeneous spread, controlled pressure and support for membrane applications
  • Tissue-friendly (biocompatible): PLGA is metabolized enzymatically, dextran through natural pathways
  • Plastic structure can fill even the most irregular voids; adheres tightly to walls
  • Not radiopaque, so new bone formation can be clearly monitored with X-ray

Histological and Clinical Efficacy

  • Support matrix that is completely replaced by new bone tissue within 6 months
  • Well-mineralized bone formation containing osteocytes, medullary spaces and vascular structures
  • According to clinical studies, high success with 56% bone and only 1% residual material
  • Documented use in more than 100 scientific publications

Application Areas

  • Post-extraction socket fill
  • Support material in periodontal intrabony defects
  • Auxiliary gel in sinus lifting applications
  • Carrier gel for granular graft material mixtures
  • Alveolar ridge preservation
  • Volume support for peri-implant defects

Technical Composition

  • PLGA (25.7%) – 257 mg
  • PEG (59%) – 590 mg
  • Dextran (15.3%) – 153 mg
  • Form: Gel / Microwave-dispersed polymer structure
  • Packaging: Sterile syringe form with cap – 1 ml

Why Fisiograft Slurry Gel?

  • Flexibility of use alone or in mixture
  • Soft extrusion, linear application – control is in your hands
  • Ideal carrier structure – makes granules powerful even on their own
  • Clinically safe, no BSE, HIV, HBV, SARS risk
  • Designed for complete bone regeneration

Compatible Materials
