BISCO Intraoral Repair Kit

Contains all materials needed to repair fractured or damaged restorations in the mouth. Prepare the repair area properly, then complete an aesthetic, lasting repair with suitable resin composite. Practical and cost-effective.

• Z-PRIME™ Plus; Porcelain Primer; Porcelain Bonding Resin
• Dual-cure opaquer; Porcelain Etchant (9.5% HF); Barrier Gel

Indications

• Porcelain and glass-ceramic restorations
• PFM / zirconia / alumina restorations
• Direct and indirect composite restorations

Rubber dam recommended — isolates saliva and protects gingiva when HF is used. Roughen porcelain; apply Porcelain Primer 30 sec then air-dry; self-cure or light 5 sec (oxygen-inhibition layer is normal). Bevel fracture margins at ~45°. Protect gingiva/unwanted areas with Barrier Gel. On exposed metal/zirconia/alumina apply 1–2 coats Z-PRIME™, air-dry 3–5 sec. Thin Porcelain Bonding Resin, then composite, shape, light-cure. Apply Porcelain Etchant (9.5% HF) to dry porcelain for 90 seconds; evacuate, rinse thoroughly, dry — surface should look frosted; remove chalky residue with moist brush if needed.
