LM-Activator is an orthodontic appliance for treatment and eruption guidance, shaped in different sizes to match ideal occlusion.
The appliance can also be used in late mixed dentition or early permanent dentition.

Treatment typically begins when the first permanent lower incisors erupt. Functional appliances are formed in different sizes to meet ideal occlusion.
Product features
Daytime wear continues until the malocclusion is corrected. Total daytime use of about two hours may be split into intervals of at least 30 minutes each (for example while watching TV, playing computer games, or doing homework).
Retention after active treatment depends on individual patient factors. With a retrusive mandible or deep bite, nighttime wear should continue until the pubertal growth spurt ends.
