Ceramill Matik is a high-performance CAD/CAM milling system that makes lab production more efficient, safer, and more automated. Beyond a milling machine alone, it becomes the center of digital production with automatic cleaning, smart material and tool management, RFID technology, and AG.Live platform integration.

Automatic cleaning for continuous production
One of Ceramill Matik’s key advantages is its fully automatic internal cleaning system. It cleans the milling chamber itself, greatly reducing manual cleaning when switching materials. An integrated chip transport and filtration system separates zirconia and metal chips from coolant—lowering maintenance while supporting longer uninterrupted runs.
Smart material management
The integrated 36-position blank changer automates material handling. RFID tracking of materials and holders improves reliability so jobs can be prepared ahead and manual intervention during production is reduced.
RFID tool management
27-tool RFID management helps track bur usage and wear for more controlled tool changes and efficient production.
