720° full light curing

PRODEX™ BL has both top and bottom light sources, providing full, even curing from every angle. This feature eliminates the need to turn the object during curing, saves time and guarantees homogeneous results.

Time & cost savings

With PRODEX™ BL you can significantly shorten curing time and minimize costs. The device is equipped with powerful, stable LED light sources and a constant-current circuit that eliminates the need for frequent replacement of UV fluorescent tubes.

Multiple wavelengths

PRODEX™ BL operates across a broad wavelength range from 355 nm to 415 nm, offering precise, flexible curing for various applications. This helps obtain the best result on different materials and increases overall curing efficiency.

Versatile areas of use

PRODEX™ BL has a wide application range including prototyping, model making, 3D printing and lens & optical bonding. With its versatile features it is an indispensable tool for professional use.

Duty cycle mode

Depending on the material’s shrinkage rate, you can adjust the duty cycle from level 1 (10%) to level 10 (100%). This increases curing precision and helps obtain the best results for different materials.

Smart safety mode

If the lid is opened accidentally, PRODEX™ BL automatically stops curing and prevents light leakage, ensuring user safety. When the lid is properly closed, the process can continue without resetting parameters.

Memory mode

You can store three different curing settings in memory. Easily recall preferred settings by pressing P1, P2 or P3 twice to speed up your workflow and ensure consistency every time.
