Ivoclar Vivadent Programat S2 Sintering Furnace
Compact sintering furnace for high precision on IPS e.max ZirCAD and other zirconium oxide crowns, frameworks, and full-contour restorations — up to 1600 °C, integrated into the Ivoclar workflow.
Earlier sintering cycles often took 5 to 8 hours. Programat S2 can reduce IPS e.max ZirCAD crown sintering to about 75 minutes. With the Programat Dosto tray, about 40 crowns can be sintered in one firing instead of the previous 25. The optimized tray adds space and improved cooling. New membrane keypad and color touchscreen support modern, intuitive operation.
