LM Instruments Ergomax Gracey Curette 17/18 Distal
Area-specific Gracey 17/18 distal curette for deep subgingival calculus removal on molar distal surfaces.
Area-specific curettes for removing deep subgingival calculus. Intended for the distal surfaces of molar crowns. The blade is angled more sharply than Gracey 13/14 for better access. Also suitable for finishing subgingival root surfaces.
Tip
Place one-third to one-half of the Gracey cutting edge against the tooth surface. (The larger outer curve is always the cutting edge.) Keep the lower shank parallel to the tooth surface.
