Very low elasticity and high Shore D hardness (≥43) — 45 s intraoral set.
Futar D bite registration material with very low elasticity and very high Shore D hardness (at least 43). Intraoral setting time is 45 seconds. The material can be adjusted with a bur; excess can be broken off while in the mouth to check true occlusion. Upper and lower models can be related accurately without stretch of the registration material. Short intraoral set time reduces the risk of occlusion error. The material does not flow into interdental areas and is easy to remove from the mouth.
