Keranor 6 Modeling Liquid 1000 ml

Area of use and features

A highly preferred porcelain modeling liquid that is very popular in Turkey and worldwide, offering the advantage of fast build-up and pleasant working properties. Can be used comfortably in metal-free and metal-supported porcelain crown and bridge work. Appeals to all laboratories working for public and boutique clients. The summer form of the Keranor group with a 6-minute pre-dry time. Does not run while working; offers comfortable, enjoyable modeling in a paste consistency. Preserves the given anatomical form so you create more aesthetic crowns. Keeps your porcelain powder mix at the same consistency for a long time without drying. No shade shift after firing — completely natural colors. With recommended practices, shrinkage after firing is minimal. Extremely sintered, pore-free, and durable porcelain is obtained. Can be used with every brand of porcelain powder.

Use and recommendations

  • Place as much porcelain powder as needed on your working glass
  • Drop Turkaform Brush Liquid onto your powder
  • Mix thoroughly until the desired working consistency; preferably use a glass spatula
  • Renew brush-washing water at each session; preferably use distilled water
  • Clean the sponge used to remove excess water from the brush
  • Absorb excess liquid thoroughly with a paper towel during and after work
  • Never vibrate — it closes natural particle packing and evaporation gaps
  • After finishing, if time allows, wait 1–2 min on paper towel for large bridges
  • Ensure your furnace calibration settings are correct
  • Store at room temperature (0–29°C); do not refrigerate

Recommended program: start 500°C; pre-dry 6 min; vacuum start 500°C; vacuum end equal to max temperature. Packaging: 1000 ml plastic containers.
