We import our products from China ourselves. In China, prices vary by material and workmanship quality for each product. We could have chosen a cheaper product and offered it to you at a lower price, but neither you nor we would have been happy with the result — you would have seen the product fail in a short time. After various experiences, we brought this product even though it is a bit more expensive.

Is there a warranty on this product?

Does this product require maintenance?

The product does not require maintenance. Because the operating principle is evaporating water and re-condensing it, no extra maintenance is needed.

Can I find a filter for this product, or do I need a filter?

You will never need a filter for this product. There is no filter inside; there is only a small filter at the tip, which has no relation to pure-water production.

Does this product have a thermostat and an on/off button?

The unit starts working when plugged in directly. The button on it is not an on/off switch; it is for protecting the unit when it runs dry. Please do not run it without water so as not to damage the unit.

I want to adjust water temperature with this unit — how do I do that?

This unit does not have a thermostat adjustment feature on itself. We know this need. We want to make a stylish, good-looking thermostat and related work is ongoing. It will be available for sale on this platform at a suitable price as soon as possible.
