Turkoform Brush Modeling Liquid 250 ml
Areas of use and features
- A modeling liquid with more elasticity than Keranor and Universal.
- Makes brush spreading, gathering, and side-to-side bending on anatomical forms easier and safer.
- Can be used comfortably on metal-free and metal-supported porcelain crown and bridge work.
- Designed especially for boutique laboratories doing artistic and aesthetic work.
- Tinted with a trace of red to distinguish it from other liquids.
- Does not run while working; offers comfortable paste-consistency modeling.
- Preserves the given anatomical form so you can create more aesthetic crowns.
- Keeps your porcelain powder mix at the same consistency longer without drying out.
- Does not cause shade deviation after firing; fully natural colors are obtained.
- When recommendations are followed, post-firing shrinkage rates are minimal.
- Produces extremely sintered, pore-free, durable porcelain.
- Can be used with every brand of porcelain powder.
Directions and tips
- Place as much porcelain powder as needed on your working glass.
- Drop the modeling liquid onto the powder.
- Mix thoroughly until you reach the desired working consistency.
- If possible, mix with a glass spatula.
- Renew brush rinse water for every job; use distilled water if possible.
- Wash and clean the sponge used to remove excess water from the brush.
- During and after work, blot excess liquid thoroughly with a paper towel, etc.
- Never vibrate — it closes natural particle packing and evaporation gaps.
- When finished, if time allows, rest large bridges 1–2 min on a paper towel, etc.
- Ensure your furnace calibration settings are correct.
- Store at room temperature (0–29 °C).
- Do not refrigerate.
- Follow the recommended program for best results.
