Racestyptine aluminum chloride retraction solution 13 ml
Aluminum chloride has an astringent effect. It triggers local hemostasis and causes contraction of the upper layers of free gingiva by precipitating tissue and serum proteins.
Using a pipette or cotton swab, apply one or two drops of solution to the gingiva. Wait 1–2 minutes at the application site, then rinse thoroughly.
Indications
- Gingival exudate and gingival bleeding
- Gingival retraction via impregnation of a retraction cord in place
Contraindications
- Possible allergy to aluminum
- History of hypersensitivity or photosensitivity to quinoleic contents
Use instructions — gingival retraction
First place a (drug-free) gingival retraction cord in the sulcus. Carefully impregnate the cord with a few drops of solution and leave in place 3–5 minutes. Remove the cord and ensure no fragments remain in the gingival sulcus. Then rinse thoroughly.
