Meisinger Trephine Bur Refill Depth 10 mm
For optimum performance, select the recommended speed and use burs within that range. Avoid unnecessary pressure during preparation.
Recommended pressure 0.3–2 N; excess force harms preparation and raises fracture risk. At 1500 rpm use at least 50 ml/min coolant.
- Recommended pressure range during preparation: 0.3–2 N
- Excess pressure impairs preparation and increases bur fracture risk
- Minimize contact time during preparation to maximize bur life
- At 1500 rpm, minimum coolant water is 50 ml/min for adequate cooling
- Excess speed can injure gingiva and vital tissue, especially without enough water
- Excess speed can deform large-head burs and raise fracture risk
