FISIOGRAFT is a biologically resorbable medical device used in regenerative surgery. The product is produced by lyophilization of a copolymer of polylactic acid (PLA) and polyglycolic acid (PGA) with dextran and has a medium consistency.

The formulation contains 130 mg dextran.

Application Properties

When hydrated with physiological saline or blood, FISIOGRAFT softens and can be easily placed in the recipient site without compaction. This feature offers practical and controlled use in surgical applications.

Advantages of PLA–PGA Copolymer

The PLA-PGA copolymer has a low-density structure and:
