Instrument PS (Perio Slim) is thin and smooth like a probe — one instrument designed for about 95% of cases.
It is gingiva-friendly, minimally invasive, and highly protective; outstanding linear motion helps protect the epithelium. Using a single instrument for about 95% of the work simplifies treatment. For the remaining about 5%, curved Instruments PSL and PSR (Perio Slim Left and Right) are recommended.
Instrument PS gives the clinician good tactile feedback and a secure feel when working subgingivally. When used correctly, treatment with Instrument PS is pain-free.
