Advanced PRF™

Advanced Platelet-Rich Fibrin (A-PRF™) — Choukroun centrifuge system process. Recent studies have demonstrated the interest and potential of leukocytes in the inflammatory phase and their important effect on stimulating osseoprogenitor cells in the early days. Therefore, obtaining the full monocyte quantity in PRF has been pursued so bone grafts can become more effective in stimulation and so monocytes convert to macrophages more quickly to increase bone stimulation — achieved with A-PRF™ or Advanced-PRF™. The protocol changes completely: tubes, centrifuge speed, and spin time.
