Celtra Duo for CEREC - Lithium Silicate
Celtra Duo (ZLS) is the only material block that gives you an unmatched level of freedom, control and workflow flexibility. Thus, you achieve a restoration that you can fully trust in terms of clinical, functional and aesthetic results. Restorations made with Celtra Duo (ZLS) have a chameleon effect that allows them to harmonize with the surrounding teeth for a natural vibrancy and realistic appearance.

Unique combination of aesthetics and high strength (natural opacity and translucency, fixed edges)
Perfect VITA color matching and amazing chameleon effect (facilitates tonal matching on adjacent teeth)
Dual-path machining (MILLING and BURNING: 210 MPa or MILLING and FIRE 370 MPa)
Celtra - Zirconia Reinforced Lithium Silicate

The outstanding properties of ZLS (zirconia-reinforced lithium silicate) are a function of its unique microstructure. The presence of 10% zirconia in atomically dissolved form in the glass phase provides high strength and safe and long-lasting restorations. Zirconia is mainly responsible for the nucleation of the crystal phase.

The result is a large number of very fine-grained lithium silicates, which, with their high glass content, provide the material with excellent light-optical and mechanical properties. With the advantages of high edge stability and excellent polishability, it offers translucency, opacity, radiation and chameleon effect. This ultra-fine microstructure allows Celtra to be processed quickly and efficiently in the dental laboratory in crystalline form and to the appropriate tooth shade.

The crystallites formed are four to eight times smaller than conventional lithium disilicate crystals.
An ultra-thin microstructure combining high average flexural strength with high glass content.
