The parallel guide is used to align 2 interforaminal implants to the median plane in an edentulous mandible. A hole is drilled in the center of the mandible using a pilot bur that is easily aligned to the median plane. The distance to the center can be accurately transferred to the opposite side by rotating the mounted paralleling guide. Ideal for easy parallel implant placement. Pilot bur diameters: 1.8 – 2.0 – 2.2 mm. Material: stainless steel.
