What is this product

Calipretto CR precision measuring instrument, designed with inspiration from Attilio Sommella.

A high-performance measuring probe with balls made of ATZ (Alumina Toughened Zirconia) ceramic, used especially to determine wall thickness of dental all-ceramic restorations.

Precise measuring — making work easy

Metal tips of measuring probes are hard and can leave metallic flake cracks on ceramic surfaces. That can mean extra process steps or, in the worst case, remanufacture.

Calipretto CR — a measuring probe where the ceramic surface contacts only balls made of high-performance ATZ ceramic. Laborious extra washing steps afterward are eliminated; defective firings caused by metal residues are a thing of the past.
