At 415 x 410 x 450 mm and 10 kg, MultiSteril alone covers the role of four devices needed in a sterilization protocol.
Separate units for each protocol step normally need different consumables and at least one assistant to move instruments between devices. MultiSteril performs disinfection, ultrasonic cleaning, rinsing and drying so instruments can be pouched, labeled and loaded into the autoclave after leaving the unit.
The 6-litre chamber includes a basket and a cylindrical container for small items. Concentration of the disinfection/ultrasonic solution, ultrasonic time and temperature can be set; degassing and drying are available. After filling the 1.5-litre solution tank, the unit adds liquid at the concentration set by the assistant, helping avoid excess use and waste.
