Osteogenics Cytoplast Titanium-Reinforced Membrane XL - 30x40 mm
Ti-250 titanium-reinforced non-resorbable high-density PTFE membrane overview:
- Formable for shaping and site maintenance
- Regentex™ surface increases membrane stability
- Not affected by bacteria (data on file)
- Can be trimmed to the desired shape
- Titanium frame has low memory for easy placement
- 250 micron thickness
Cytoplast™ Ti-250 titanium-reinforced membranes are often used in ridge augmentation with onlay grafting, giving the clinician the familiarity of Cytoplast™ TXT-200 membranes plus the predictability of a titanium frame for space maintenance during guided bone regeneration.
They are also popular for adding structural support when grafting 3- or 4-walled extraction sites. Although primary closure is recommended in ridge augmentation, Cytoplast™ Ti-250 membranes include a high-density PTFE base (Cytoplast™ TXT-200) designed to tolerate exposure when soft tissue provides 360° coverage around the membrane edges.
The textured Regentex™ surface increases surface area for cellular attachment, helping stabilize the membrane and reduce soft-tissue retraction. Twelve configurations cover a range of defect sizes; membranes can also be trimmed as needed.
- Ti-250 titanium-reinforced HD PTFE, non-resorbable
- 250 µm; Regentex™ textured surface
- XL size 30×40 mm
- For ridge augmentation and GBR space maintenance
