EXL Autoclave – extra-large autoclave

Spacious, optimized and environmentally friendly: EXL is designed to meet the needs of clinics with high patient throughput and offers increased load capacity. Its large 29-liter chamber can take 5 × 55 cm trays (+17 cm compared with a 24-liter autoclave) and provides 85 cm more total load capacity than a standard autoclave. EXL offers 5 different B cycles and, with password entry, the option to select 2 S and N cycles. In addition to cycles, tests can also be programmed. Traceability is provided via SD card and Ethernet connection (both included as standard), and two different optional printers can be fitted if desired. The control systems and functions of Euronda Pro System autoclaves ensure safe processes and consistent results over time: the Inspection System enables easy and frequent cleaning; the Dirt Control System separates clean and dirty water flows and allows dirt to be easily drained from the hydraulic circuit; the conductivity meter continuously monitors water quality; and the air–water separator optimizes pump operation.
