USAGE STAGES – DETAILED DESCRIPTION
1. Initial Surface Preparation / Routine Cleaning and Groove Removal
- Product: Panther Groove PS210
- Purpose: Used to eliminate channels, grooves, and marks formed on milled or 3D-printed surfaces.
- Structure: Lamella disc and special blend material
- Target: Initial rough surface correction.
- Speed: 7000–12000 rpm
- Diameter: Ø21 x 3 mm
- Shank: 104-HP
- Note: This first step is critical, especially for CAD/CAM manufactured polymers.
GENERAL USAGE NOTES
- All operations should be performed at low RPMs. Otherwise, both the tools and the processed material can be damaged.
- Work with the principle of 'less is more': controlled contact is important, not excessive pressure.
- Transition should be gradual: ensure the surface is ready before moving to the next level in each stage.
