GC Initial IQ ONE SQIN System Set — porcelain & zirconia makeup set

GC Initial IQ ONE SQIN is a paintable colour and form ceramic concept for the aesthetic realization of monolithic or minimally buccally reduced tooth frameworks made of zirconium dioxide or lithium disilicate. It lets you achieve high aesthetic results quickly and easily — comparable to conventional layered restorations, but with significant time savings — in both posterior and anterior regions.

System components

The GC Initial IQ ONE SQIN System Set is based on the GC Initial “IQ philosophy” and consists of perfectly matched ceramic materials:

• GC Initial IQ Lustre Pastes ONE — the most versatile paintable ceramic for external staining as well as internal characterization of frameworks. When used with SQIN it also acts as a connection firing. Ready-to-use consistency, natural fluorescence, 3D colour depth.
• GC Initial IQ SQIN — completes the final contour of your restorations with vitality, texture and natural gloss. Easy form and texture, self-glaze effect, 3D surface structure.
• GC Initial Spectrum Stains — fine powder stains for extra individual effects. Infinite colour nuances; mixable with Lustre Pastes ONE or SQIN.

Minimally buccally reduced realizations (micro-layering technique)

GC Initial Lustre Pastes ONE is used as a colour and characterization layer that provides an excellent connection firing before SQIN application in the micro-layering technique. SQIN ceramic can be applied in a layer thickness of 0.1–0.5 mm on the individually Lustre Pastes ONE stained and fired surface. Thanks to refined mixtures of feldspar-based glasses, a realistic three-dimensional effect with colour depth and realistic translucency is created. Together with special Form & Texture Liquid, it offers unique application and modelling properties for individual surface texture. Mixing Form & Texture liquid and SQIN powders also results in a highly compact, dense ceramic slurry with self-glazing properties after ceramic firing.

Monolithic realizations (painting technique)

GC Initial Lustre Pastes ONE is a feldspar-based ceramic material in ready-to-use consistency. 3D paint pastes of fine ceramic particles bring colour depth and near-natural translucency to your monolithic restorations. They can be applied in a thicker layer that guarantees unique vitality and a very natural polish. Lustre Pastes ONE with improved fluorescence was developed specifically to increase the fluorescence of your monolithic restorations. All Lustre Pastes ONE are fluorescent at different levels. Increase your fluorescence level with Lustre Neutral FLUO (L-NFL).
