What it is

Calibra Universal is a high-strength, self-adhesive resin cement with Shade Stable chemistry. It offers a wide tack-cure window of up to 10 seconds and a 45-second gel phase for thorough, unhurried, effective excess cement cleanup. Keep the cement in a gelled state without turning it into hard rock before cleanup is finished.

A 10-second tack-cure window equals five seconds of wave cure per surface (buccal and lingual). For excess cement cleanup, single-output 470 nm monowave LED lights are recommended. High-power dual or broad-spectrum lights may cause early hardening of excess cement. Check curing-light effect on mixed cement in the lab before clinical use.

Calibra Universal is a fluoride-containing, two-component, dual-cure, high-strength self-adhesive resin cement. It combines aesthetic shading with a self-etching adhesive without a separate dentin/enamel bonding agent or system.
