Stela is an innovative self-curing composite that transforms restoration processes in dentistry. With an infinite depth curing capacity, Stela offers low-stress polymerization and a gap-free interface. It does not require acid etching or light curing.

Stela’s unique properties are achieved through a harmonious combination of BPA-free resin monomers, optimized ionglass™ fillers (SDI's bioactive special hybrid glass), and amorphous silica nanoparticles with special surface modification. Thanks to its rapid curing reaction, Stela monomers form polymer chains that simultaneously crosslink intensively, resulting in a strong and durable restorative material.

The fast curing characteristic of Stela is enabled by an innovative hydroperoxide-based initiator system; this system contains no tertiary amines, thereby ensuring quick hardening, excellent color stability, and a high conversion rate. After curing, Stela’s matrix provides consistent and reliable strength and durability for all restorations.
