16K resolution and speed

Saturn 4 Ultra raises print quality with 16K monochrome LCD technology. A 15120 x 6230 pixel panel and 14 x 19 µm XY resolution support fine detail. Tilt-release technology shortens resin cure time by about 25%, enabling print speeds up to 150 mm/h without sacrificing quality. A PFA release film aids smooth part removal, and the screen is protected by 9H tempered glass.

Resin heating and build volume

• WLAN file transfer: wireless transfer up to 10 Mbps over 2.4G and 5G networks

• Integrated resin heating keeps resin near optimal temperature; sensors heat resin to 25 °C in about 26 minutes even at 5 °C ambient
