- 0.9 mm sheets: Generally suitable for standard whitening trays; protect the teeth during bleaching and provide adequate stability
- 1.5 mm and 2.0 mm sheets: Recommended for bruxism patients; extra durability against wear from grinding
Instructions
Using a vacuum tray former, heat the Sof-Tray Classic Sheet until it sags about 2.5 cm so the plastic softens and adapts to the model.
These materials are used to fabricate custom trays for whitening, protection, and night-guard applications with a precise fit to the dental model.
