MANI GPR — Gutta-Percha Remover

Easy, fast, and efficient gutta-percha removal during root canal retreatment. The special safety design of the rounded tear-drop tip removes existing gutta-percha atraumatically while helping avoid canal transportation and excessive dentin removal. Flute design removes gutta-percha quickly, safely, and efficiently.

Two Simple Steps

• Step 1 — Stainless steel GPR file (coronal to mid-canal): Choose 1S/#70 or 2S/#50 depending on canal size. Place on gutta-percha and rotate slowly; after the first flute engages, the file advances automatically. Pause 1–2 seconds mid-canal (before the curve) and use a pull motion to clear debris.
• Step 2 — NiTi GPR file (mid-canal to 1–2 mm from apex): Choose 3N/#40 or 4N/#30 depending on canal size. Set rubber stop 1–2 mm from apex; pause 1–2 seconds from mid-canal toward apex; use a pull motion to fully remove remaining material.
