Woodpecker B-Cure Plus Orthodontic Polymerization Light
Three LEDs in one head deliver a 385–515 nm spectrum similar to halogen lights, curing common photoinitiators; Ortho mode reaches 2000 mW/cm².
Equipped with a 5 W LED. Maximum intensity up to 2000 mW/cm² in a compact body. Normal resin thicker than 2 mm can cure in about three seconds — useful for full-ceramic restorations and orthodontic bracket bonding.
Modes & power
- Ortho mode: intensity auto-set to 2000 mW/cm²; single cure 3 or 5 s; 10-cycle curing with 1 s intervals — typically finishes 2–3 brackets per sequence
- Soft mode: power ramps gradually for longer gel time and less stress shrinkage at margins
- Easy battery swap on-device; batteries charge separately; two original batteries support continuous work
- Ergonomic compact body; Orex 05 LED display; stable light output independent of remaining battery
- Light head materials selected to reduce blue-ray eye exposure risk
