Fischer’s Ultrapak Packer — specially designed packers that make placing Ultrapak knotted/braided cord easier. Fine edges and fine serrations engage the cord, help prevent slip, and reduce risk of cutting the gingival attachment.

45° to the handle

• Most popular style: heads at 45° to the handle with three packing faces
• Circular packing around the preparation can be completed without flipping the instrument end-to-end
• Use the small packer on lower anteriors and upper lateral incisors
• 45° head angle also aids posterior access

90° and parallel

• Same size and three-sided heads as the 45° design
• One head aligned with the shaft; the other at a right angle to the shaft
