EASE-IT™ Heating Tray For heating composite tips and jar for directly placed composite. Placed on top of the EASE-IT Heating Unit. Comes with sterilizable inner plate and light-protective cap to prevent premature polymerization.
EASE-IT™ Heating Tray Jar is placed on top of the Ease-It™ Heating Unit. Comes with sterilizable inner plate. The cap has a blue light filter that prevents premature polymerization of composite material. After heating, the jar can be removed from the heating unit and placed at a convenient distance to the chair.
- Softens composite, making it easier to adapt in thin layers and small cavities.
- Reduces the risk of air bubbles mixing into the material.
- Even granular and high-viscosity composites become glossy, smooth and easily manageable.
No adverse effect on composite – see tests from the Faculty of Dentistry, University of Copenhagen
EASE-IT™ Thermo-Block combi-holder Ø 13 mm. For composite syringes or pre-filled unit-dose tips. Can be used for seven composite syringes or pre-filled unit-dose tips.
EASE-IT™ Thermo-Block Ø 13 mm Thermo-Block is designed for composite syringes at one end – when rotated, it fits capsules. Placed on top of the Ease-It™ Heating Unit. The cap can be removed from the heating unit and placed at a convenient distance to the chair. After heating, it maintains temperature for 10–15 minutes.
- Softens composite, making adaptation easier in thin layers and small cavities.
- Reduces the risk of air bubble incorporation into the material.
- Even granular and high-viscosity composites become glossy, smooth and easy to work with.
EASE-IT™ Heating Unit Enables gentle heating of composite for easier use. Electronic temperature control 40° – 60°C / 104°- 140°F. For use with EASE-IT™ Thermo-Block or Jar.
Jar, Thermo-Block combi-holder, Thermo-Block syringe holder sold separately.
EASE-IT™ Heating Unit EASE-IT™ composite heater is a versatile system for pre-heating composite restorative materials.
Heating makes it easier to apply composite in thin layers and small cavities and reduces the risk of air bubbles mixing into the material.
Two top options available – syringe holder and single-dose tips or jar for heating directly placed composite. Temperatures from 40-60°C can be selected.
- Heating unit with electronic temperature control.
- Temperature adjustable between 40° – 60°C (104°- 140°F) according to selected material and personal preference.
- Built-in LED indicator changes from yellow to green when selected temperature is reached.
- No adverse effect on composite.
